Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a return, each item must meet the following criteria:

Clothing:

• Garments must be unwashed and in brand new condition
• Special cuts/non-stock sizes are non-returnable
• Garments shipped/picked up after 30 days are non-returnable
• Knits shirts (Henley's) are non-returnable
• Garments with reflective tape are non-returnable
• Garments with customer specific alterations are non-returnable

Boots:

• Boots must be unworn and original packaging must be intact

Manufacturer Defect

• If it is determined that a defect in the manufacturing process is present, we will exchange your garment/boot for a new one.
